These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jee7 platform — Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting destination. By registering an account and using jee7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

jee7 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. All accounts are subject to mandatory age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
BDT Transactions via bKash & Nagad
All deposits and withdrawals on jee7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours under normal conditions.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one jee7 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses and promotional offers on jee7 are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
Fair Play Obligation
Any use of software, tools, artificial intelligence, collaborative play schemes, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage on jee7 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and winnings forfeiture.

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jee7 ("jee7", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://jee7.net. By accessing the jee7 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the jee7 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jee7 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those amendments.
jee7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jee7 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. These Terms should be read in conjunction with jee7's Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy) and Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jee7.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jee7 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. You represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements every time you access or use jee7:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jee7 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or use the platform in any capacity whatsoever.
- You are accessing jee7 as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or agent of jee7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously had a jee7 account closed by jee7 for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other reason that resulted in a permanent ban.
- You are not self-excluded from jee7 or from online gambling platforms in general under any self-exclusion scheme that jee7 participates in.
jee7 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all aspects of its platform. All new account registrations require age verification before the account is fully activated. jee7 may at any time request additional proof of age documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and reserves the right to suspend access to the account until such documentation has been provided and verified to jee7's satisfaction.
Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. Any deposits made and any winnings accumulated on such an account will be forfeited in full. jee7 will not be liable to any underage user or their parent or guardian for any loss arising from the use of the platform by an underage individual.
Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
To access the full features of jee7 — including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games — you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one jee7 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, jee7 will close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jee7 username and password. jee7 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform and enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options within your account settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
jee7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting your jee7 password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. Any activity that takes place on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility until jee7 is formally notified of unauthorised access.
- Notify jee7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not access jee7 from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
- jee7 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point during your account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals.
- Account sharing — allowing another person to use your account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
jee7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also supported for qualifying accounts. All payment method details must be registered in your own name; jee7 does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
- Deposits are credited to your jee7 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
- jee7 does not charge a platform fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
- jee7 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
- Deposits made using funds not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed within 2 hours for bKash under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, jee7 requires full identity verification (KYC). You will be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport and proof of your registered payment method.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. jee7 will reject any withdrawal request to a third-party account.
- Any active bonus funds must satisfy their applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn.
- jee7 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside jee7's control.
Bonuses and Promotions
jee7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, weekly reload promotions, free spin offers, cashback deals, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time of distribution.
The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on jee7 unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your jee7 account. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted to real money at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture.
- jee7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an existing promotion with reasonable notice, and to decline to offer a promotion to any specific player at its discretion.
- Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g., slots play, sports betting, live casino). Using a bonus in an ineligible game category may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- jee7 does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of wagering on low-risk or near-zero-risk outcomes (e.g., betting both sides of a market) as a means of meeting wagering requirements. Such conduct will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using jee7, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is fair to other players and to jee7. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any point during your use of jee7, including during KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jee7 games, place bets, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in jee7 games or the platform. Any winnings arising from a verifiable technical error are void and will not be paid out.
- Engaging in collusion with other players — including but not limited to sharing information about hole cards in poker, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of cooperative play that gives an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any use of jee7 for the purpose of converting funds obtained through illegal means into apparently legitimate winnings.
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your jee7 account in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of your account balance.
- Using jee7 in any way that could reasonably be considered harmful, offensive, harassing, or abusive toward jee7 staff or other players, including in live chat interactions and any community features.
- Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension measure implemented by jee7 through the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other technical means.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on jee7 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game on jee7, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms.
Certified Game Providers
jee7 sources its casino game content exclusively from internationally certified game providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each of these providers is subject to independent auditing of their random number generators (RNG) by recognised testing laboratories. jee7 does not operate any proprietary in-house games with unverified outcomes. Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting on jee7 covers BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, international football, kabaddi, and hockey, among other markets. The following general sportsbook rules apply:
- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
- In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook help section.
- jee7 reserves the right to void any bet where there is verifiable evidence of corruption, match-fixing, or insider information affecting the outcome.
- Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.
- In the event of a manifest pricing error (an odds price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error), jee7 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.
Dispute Resolution
If you believe that a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must contact jee7 customer support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. jee7 will investigate all disputes fairly and provide a written response within 10 business days. Game logs and server records maintained by jee7 and its certified game providers constitute the definitive record for the purposes of dispute resolution.
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by jee7
jee7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
Where an account is closed by jee7 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, all remaining balance — including real money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at jee7's discretion, subject to applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any fault on the part of the player (for example, administrative closure due to inactivity), any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
Closure by the Player
You may close your jee7 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, jee7 will process any pending withdrawal of your real money balance to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who are concerned about problem gambling — are encouraged to use jee7's self-exclusion tools rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards against re-registration.
